Black Friday proper may be over, but PlayStation's big sale is still going strong ahead of Cyber Monday. Sony has marked down every available DualSense color by $20 this year - including limited edition controllers that hardly ever see any discounts. After Sony quietly increased the price of all DualSense controllers, this sale should help ease that sting a bit.
The DualSense controller sale is running through December 18 while supplies last. Some of these controllers are already selling out at various retailers, so if you've been meaning to replace your aging DualSense, or add another to your collection, don't wait too long.
$20 Off Every DualSense Controller Color
Most DualSense controllers are between $55 and $60, depending on color, for Black Friday this year – that's $20 off the regular price. DualSense controllers rarely go on sale as it is, so any discount is better than paying full price.
The cheapest options are going to be the standard white, Midnight Black, Gray Camo, and the Galaxy Collection (Cosmic Red, Starlight Blue, and Galactic Purple) colors for $55, while the newer colors, including the Chroma Collection that released earlier this year, are $60.
Limited Edition DualSense Controllers Are Also $20 Off
Limited Edition DualSense controllers rarely go on sale, so this is a great opportunity to add one of these designs to your collection for $5-10 more than a standard DualSense. The most recent releases are the Ghost of Yotei limited edition gold and white controller and the updated Astro Bot controller, which now features a cheerful smile on the Touchpad.
Save $30-40 on DualSense Edge Controllers
For those looking for a more premium gaming experience, consider picking up the DualSense Edge. Currently, the white controller is $40 off and Midnight Black is $30 off as part of this year's sale, matching the lowest prices ever for these controllers.
PlayStations "pro" controller offers interchangeable thumbstick modules to combat stick drift, customizable back buttons, and deep integration with the PS5's software to create and swap between profiles with ease. Some other standout deals during PlayStation's Black Friday sale include $100 off PS5 consoles and PlayStation VR2 bundles, markdowns on dozens of PS5 games, as well as savings on PlayStation Portal and PlayStation Plus memberships.
Following Black Friday, there are still plenty of major sales happening at just about every retailer, including Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, and Target. Some of these deals are likely to carry on into Cyber Monday, but it's not a guarantee.
